运作方式

安装并激活后，该插件允许您选择/排除客户可以要求报价的产品。对于这些产品，该插件会显示一个 “Add a quote” 按钮，允许客户将其添加到报价篮中（就像他们将产品添加到购物车一样）。通过报价请求页面，可以通过填写简单的报价表来放置报价。
您可以通过设置不同的选项来自定义体验，例如：

2. 隐藏不允许的用户角色的可引用产品
3. 隐藏可报价产品的价格
4. 自动报价审批
5. 到期日期和自动到期时间

报价单状态和工作流

报价单可以具有以下状态：

1. 新引言： 客户提交报价后，插件将创建一个订单，将其标记为 “New quote”。
2. 暂停报价： 您可以 “暂停” 报价以供以后处理。On hold quote 不会过期，也不会自动被接受（如果您启用了特殊选项）。
3. 接受的引用： 当报价被标记为“已接受”时，用户将通过电子邮件通知（文本可通过 Emails 菜单自定义）。客户可以通过 我的账户 -> 报价 -> 查看报价页面支付订单。
   接受的报价可以根据管理员可以通过 设置 菜单自动设置的到期日期过期，或者通过管理员 报价 -> 编辑报价页面为报价设置的特定日期。
4. 被拒绝的报价： 管理员可以拒绝报价。用户将通过电子邮件通知（文本可通过 Emails （电子邮件） 菜单自定义）。

您可以自定义客户在下报价之前必须填写的联系表格。您可以创建不同的字段类型，例如：

7. 接受

每个字段都可以通过设置其宽度来设置样式，并且可以将其设为必填字段。每个字段也可以是 连接 添加到 Order 原生字段（如 Billing First Name、Last Name 等）。

电子邮件通知

该插件将在报价更改状态或提醒报价即将到期时通知客户。您可以通过 Emails （电子邮件） 菜单自定义这些电子邮件的文本。

过期 & 批准
