酒店预订付款请求

Hotel Booking Payment Requests 是 MotoPress 的扩展 WordPress 的酒店预订引擎用于启用自动付款提醒。

此附加组件是想要的出租物业业主的必备实用程序 自动化请求和收款的作流程 来自租客。

自动发送付款提醒

享受一种非常简单的设置自动提醒的方法：指定入住前的天数以发送预定余额或余额到期提醒。

自定义电子邮件提醒

使用宏（根据客户提供的详细信息包含特定的个人信息）可以轻松个性化自动电子邮件。在电子邮件中，您可以指定是否必须在抵达前付款，指定您的政策规则，包括优惠券或促销信息等。

付款后，管理员和客户都会收到相应的通知。您可以添加管理员通知的多个收件人。

通过任何支付网关在您的网站上处理付款

点击付款链接，您的客户将看到他们的付款历史和预订详情。通过 Hotel Booking 插件启用的任何付款方式（默认 PayPal、2Checkout、Stripe、Beanstream/Bambora 或任何其他连接方式 WooCommerce Payments 附加组件）可以打开。您为旅行者提供的商家设施越多，他们就越有可能通过您的网站快速轻松地付款。

跟踪付款

系统会自动跟踪每个预订上所有记录的作：预订状态的每次更改、押金金额、发送的付款提醒、收到的付款等。轻松保存记录以优化您与每个客户的工作流程，并始终拥有完整的账单历史记录。

此附加组件如何适用于不同的预订确认模式：

如果预订已确认 由 admin 手动

一旦预订请求被下达，并且您手动将其状态更改为“已确认”，您可以通过点击管理面板上的“立即发送付款请求链接”按钮来立即发送付款请求链接。否则，它将在入住前的设定天数内自动发送电子邮件。
如果预订已确认 由客户通过电子邮件

客户确认的预订会自动获得“已确认”状态。余额支付申请链接将在入住前的指定天数内自动发送。与其他模式一样，您可以选择通过单击按钮手动发送付款链接，或者为每个预订发送电子邮件。
如果预订已确认 支付定金后

支付定金会自动确认预订。计算到期余额，并在到达前指定的天数内自动发送付款请求链接。您可以选择通过单击每个预订的按钮手动发送付款链接。

注意：只有在预订状态为“已确认”的情况下，才会发送后续提醒。
