多研究所管理

Multi-institute-management 是一个全面的插件，用于管理多个分支机构和单个研究所相关活动，例如课程、批次、查询、注册、费用、学生、员工、查询提醒等。它可以生成可打印格式的费用收据、费用报告、身份证、结业证书等。可以分配管理员来管理特定记录。此外，您还可以按批次、课程、待处理费用等向学生发送电子邮件和 SMS 通知。学生可以使用 PayPal、Paystack、Stripe 或 Razorpay 付款方式支付费用。

Multi Institute Management 提供 4 个仪表板。

1. 超级管理员 => 可以管理和查看所有研究所、添加新研究所、分配管理员和修改研究所的所有详细信息。

2. 管理员（分支机构/研究所）仪表板 => 在此仪表板中，管理员可以管理分配给他们的单个研究所的所有活动。

3. 员工仪表板 => 员工可以执行管理员分配的研究所的所有活动。

4. 学生仪表板 => 学生可以通过支付网关（如 Stripe、PayPal、Razor pay 等）查看通知、学习材料、考试结果、待定费用并存入待定费用。

附加功能

• 费用管理 – 通过添加费用名称、金额和日期来记录日常开支。查看每日、每周、每月、每年的费用报告。
• 发票管理 – 生成费用发票。按月或一次性添加费用并分配给学生。为发票创建费用收据。
• 一次性和每月基础费用 – 每种费用类型，如课程费用、巴士费等，都可以是按月收费或一次性收费。
• 准考证、身份证、证书表格的简称 – 使用简码在学生可以输入注册编号以查看准考证、ID 卡或证书的页面上显示准考证、ID 卡或证书。
• 在首页打印准考证、身份证、证书 – 学生可以通过学生登录在字体页面上查看和打印他们的身份证、准考证或结业证书。
